At Lighting Business India, we are committed to delivering your lighting products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy for detailed information about shipping times, charges, and delivery options.
2. Shipping Locations
2.1. Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently offer shipping across all major cities and towns within India. If your location is remote or outside of our standard delivery zones, you may be contacted for additional shipping charges or an alternate delivery method.
2.2. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All shipments are limited to addresses within India.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1. Standard Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product weight, and delivery speed. Standard shipping charges apply to most orders.
3.2. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on select orders or when the total purchase amount exceeds a certain value (e.g., ₹X,XXX). Free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.
3.3. Express Shipping
For quicker delivery, express shipping options are available at an additional cost. You can select express shipping during checkout if it is available for your location.
4. Delivery Time
4.1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the time of order confirmation. Please note that orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
4.2. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: Typically takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Express Delivery: Usually delivered within 4 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, weather conditions, or third-party shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other external factors.
4.3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Order Confirmation and Shipment
5.1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. This email serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order. It does not guarantee shipment until the order is processed and dispatched.
5.2. Shipment Confirmation
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking details.
6. Shipping Restrictions
6.1. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6.2. P.O. Boxes and International Shipping
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we do not offer international shipping.
7. Shipping Issues and Damaged Goods
7.1. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays or issues may occur due to third-party carriers. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately at customercare@lightingbusinessindia.in or call us at +91 8619617876. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7.2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the product for an exchange or replacement, as per our Return Policy.
7.3. Missing Items
In the case of missing items in your order, please contact our customer support team within 3 days. We will investigate the issue and ensure that missing items are sent to you promptly.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us at customercare@lightingbusinessindia.in as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
